It has an extra large glass panel. With a combination of Vermiculite tiles in the fireplace and the air flow distribution the glass panel stays almost smoke free. Also a high rate of burning is achieved. With regard to maintenance you will also like the Quadrotherm because this fire has been made to certified quality. Its covering is of real stone chippings or of tiles in various glazes. Behind the covering is a 60 mm refractory clay used to guarantee the storage of warmth over a longer period of time.
